Returns Procedure
If you wish to return your order to us, please send it to the below returns address within 30 days of delivery.
Do not open boxes with a sharp knife as this may damage the contents.
We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item(s) is damaged or faulty. If your item(s) is damaged or faulty, please email images to info@lodestarwholesale.co.uk
Please ensure you include a covering note with your return to include your order number, trading name and the reason for return otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.
We may offer exchanges in some circumstances.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order, providing your order has not already been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you once your order has been collected by our couriers.
Refunds
Once we have received your order back, we will check to make sure that the items meet our return policy guidelines. We will then process your refund. All refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we received your order back for this payment to be received into your account.
