SUGGESTED USE
Mix 3 scoops (180g) with 500 - 700ml of water or milk and shake well using a shaker bottle. Consume 1-3 servings daily depending on your calorie requirements. For a more calorie-dense shake blend 5 scoops (Method Serving - 300g) with 500-1000ml of water or milk.
Method serving is suggested for advanced users/gym-goers.
